Where does Veltura ship?+
We ship globally. Complimentary tracked shipping on all international orders over $75. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on destination. Customs and import duties are calculated at checkout where required.
What is your return policy?+
We offer 30-day returns on any unused product, in original packaging, for any reason. Cold plunge tubs and large sauna equipment have a 14-day inspection window from delivery. We cover return shipping in the US, EU, UK and Norway.
Are your massage guns and recovery devices safe to fly with?+
Yes. All Veltura electronic devices comply with TSA, EASA and CAA regulations for carry-on lithium-ion batteries. We recommend keeping devices in your carry-on rather than checked luggage.
How do I choose between heat and cold therapy?+
They complement each other. Heat is restorative, best after long days, before sleep, and for chronic tension. Cold is activating, best in the morning, after intense training, or when you need a nervous-system reset. Most of our practitioners use both, on different days.
Are your recovery balms suitable for sensitive skin?+
Our recovery balms and muscle rubs are formulated with arnica, magnesium, menthol and essential oils. No CBD, no parabens, no synthetic fragrance. We recommend patch-testing on the inner forearm before broader application if you have known sensitivities.
Do you offer international payment options?+
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna in supported regions. All prices are shown in your local currency where available.

Do your products carry a warranty?+
All Veltura electronic devices carry a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Sauna blankets and cold plunge tubs carry a one-year warranty on heating elements and pumps. Body care products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
